Goldy + Mac will accept returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise with all tags attached that has not been worn, altered, or washed.  Returns or exchanges must be mailed within 14 days of the date the merchandise was received.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, Goldy + Mac reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Refunds can be made in the form of original payment or for store credit.

Sale items will be marked final sale on your receipt.  There are no returns or exchanges of sale items.  Full-priced merchandise purchased with a discount code is not deemed sale merchandise.  Sale merchandise is clearly marked on the website.

A return form will be included with your order.  If you would like to return an item, please fill out the form and include it with your return.  All returns must have a return form included with the merchandise.  If you need an additional form, please contact us via email.

Once Goldy+Mac receives a return or exchange, you will receive an email confirming we received the items and are processing the return.

Items bought on the website may be returned or exchanged at either Park Slope store location for store credit only.
